Wafflelicious is a family-owned, local New Braunfels spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch with a twist. Our menu is built around creative waffles — from sweet Belgian classics and signature filled waffles to savory combinations — plus breakfast favorites, lunch and specialty coffee, all served in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Stopped in for the first time at Waffelicious in New Braunfels and it was fantastic. We tried the waffle Benedict and the southern fried chicken waffle sandwich, and both were delicious. The waffles were light and fluffy and everything was cooked perfectly. The sweet and salty iced lattes were also great and went perfectly with breakfast. Such a great breakfast and brunch spot in New Braunfels. We’ll definitely be back.

Me, my mom & brother stopped here for breakfast to try something new, and wow this place is amazing! Our server was outstanding with his service & attentiveness. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our order which was pretty quick, and the food! OMG every single bite was delicious. The coffee was so good too. We'll definitely be coming back again real soon!
